Qualification Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND AWARDS FOR TEAM MEMBER HALL OF FAME: MISSOURI

Team members of agents may participate in the Missouri Team Member Hall of Fame at the discretion of the agent. A participation fee of $100 will be paid within 30 days of employment OR by March 1 of each year. A production report will be submitted by the 5th of the month to the Director of MARG in each territory.

Qualification Requirements:

50 applications OR a total of 40 IF producer has at least 5 submitted life policies in any 5 of the qualifying months, January through October. Additionally, a participant can qualify with a total of 30 ISSUED at the end of the 10 month qualification period.
A FIRST TIME participant can qualify with 40 LIFE POLICIES submitted OR a total of 30 providing there have been at least 3 ISSUED in any 5 of the qualifying months, January through October. Additionally, a participant can qualify with a total of 25 ISSUED at the end of the 10 month qualification period. (First time qualifier is defined as one who has never qualified. A team member may have participated previously but not qualified)

Awards:

Charter Member

The program began in 2005. Any Team Member who has qualified each and every year in the program will be recognized as a Charter Member. They will be awarded the recognition certificate, receive Stage recognition and have a name tag ribbon noting the accomplishment.

Pinnacle Award

Any participant who has 5 years of consecutive qualification will be recognized with the Pinnacle award. They will receive the recognition certificate AND award noting their achievement. This award could be earned multiple times.

Other Recognitions & Information:

Participants who PRODUCE 100 or more life policies will be noted during the stage recognitions.

Each qualifier will receive a framed certificate and honored on stage during the annual event (normally held the end of January). All qualifiers names will be displayed on banners during the event.

Souvenir programs will be distributed during the event with qualifier information. A professional photographer will be on hand during the event and each qualifier will photographed with their agent and a member of the leadership team. Each qualifier will receive a complimentary photo, casual photos taken during the event will be made available for a small fee.
